We review notices promptly and remove or disable access to material that is the subject of a valid notice.

What to include

1. Your name, postal address, telephone number and email address.
2. The copyrighted work you believe is infringed, such as the series title and its publisher.
3. The address (URL) of each page on this site with the material. A series page covers every chapter of that series.
4. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
5. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
6. Your physical or electronic signature. Typing your full name counts.

Counter-notices

If you believe material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you can send a counter-notice to the same address. Include your name, address, telephone number and email address; the material that was removed and where it appeared; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief it was removed by mistake or misidentification; your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your address or, outside the United States, of any court where we can be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who sent the notice; and your physical or electronic signature.

Repeat infringers

We stop people who repeatedly post infringing material in comments from commenting.
